Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create overall health in the body. By using an assortment of props to fully support the body in various postures, thus allowing the participant to move into a state of deep and profound relaxation. Breathing and meditative techniques will also be offered. 

Participants will need a yoga mat, bolster, wool or woven Mexican blanket, beach towel, and a small firm pillow. Blocks and straps are available for use. A few mats and bolsters are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants should bring a king-size pillow case to cover the bolster.

Hatha Yoga

A mind/body practice of relaxation and rejuvenation using awareness, breath, and movement to bring balance to the systems of the body. Class is for all skill levels
