Member must be willing to attend the center at least once a month for programs and activities to remain active.
ALL members and guests MUST sign in at the front desk.
Member must have the ability to communicate their needs and perform routine activities of daily living including eating, toileting, navigating around the center unassisted, and getting on and off the bus or van that provides transportation for various programs or activities.
Member must have the ability to ambulate independently with or without an assistive device, or have a caregiver present.
Member must be continent or have the ability to manage incontinence (toileting oneself) successfully and independently or have a caregiver present to assist them.
For the safety of others, anyone who has soiled themselves will be assisted in a dignified manner by a staff member and the emergency contact listed will be notified to pick them up.
For the member’s safety and the safety of other members, no one exhibiting confusion or a tendency to wander can attend the center without a family member or caregiver.
Members are required to make lunch reservations for meals three (3) days in advance, please see a staff member at the front desk; reservations for transportation must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Please call with any cancellations!
Any behavior that interferes with the ability of other eligible members to take full advantage of senior center programs and activities may result in suspension and/or termination of services. This may include such interferences as poor personal hygiene, abusive behavior, or no longer meeting the “Criteria for Participation.”
