NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A petition has been filed by Beall & Company requesting special use approval for a Contractor’s Office/Showroom/Warehouse/Corporate Area with limited outdoor storage within privacy-fenced area on property owned by Oconee Medical Properties LLC on tax parcel number C-01-006A, consisting of ±5.014 acres, located at 1691 Jimmy Daniel Road, Oconee County, GA, zoned AG. The Oconee County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy, Watkinsville, GA, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM to consider this matter. A public hearing will also be held by the Oconee County Board of Commissioners at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy, Watkinsville, GA to decide the matter at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM. All those having an interest in this petition should be present.
