NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A petition has been filed by Drew and Sterling Joiner requesting a special exception variance from Oconee County Unified Development Code Article 4 Section 410.01.c.(2) to place an accessory building with a floor area greater than 144 feet in the front yard, on property owned by Drew and Sterling Joiner (tax parcel no. C-01I-018D) consisting of ±0.94 acres located at 1181 Meriweather Dr, zoned R-1-PUD (Single Family Residential Planned Unit Development District), Oconee County, GA. A public hearing will be held by the Oconee County Board of Commissioners to decide the matter at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy at 6:00 PM. All those having an interest in this petition should be present.
