NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
An action has been initiated by Pittman and Greer Engineering requesting property owned by Kirk McClellan & Joseph Hale, III, a portion of tax parcel number B-02-074BA, consisting of ±5.00 acres, located at 2251 Clotfelter Road, Oconee County, GA, to be rezoned from AG (Agricultural District) to AR (Agricultural Residential District). The Oconee County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy, Watkinsville, GA, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM to consider this matter. A public hearing will also be held by the Oconee County Board of Commissioners at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy to decide the matter at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM. All those having an interest in this petition should be present.
