NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A petition has been filed by Justin Greer requesting property owned by CK Capital, LLC, tax parcel number B-02-092, consisting of ±14.499 acres, located the intersection of Mars Hill Rd. and Bell Rd. (unaddressed), Oconee County, GA, to be rezoned from AG (Agricultural District) to OIP, OBP, & B-2 (Office Institutional Professional District, Office-Business Park District, and Highway Business District). The Oconee County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy, Watkinsville, GA, on on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM to consider this matter. A public hearing will also be held by the Oconee County Board of Commissioners to decide the matter at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Administrative Building at 7635 Macon Hwy at 6:00 PM. All those having an interest in this petition should be present.
